Frequently Asked Questions

Our website has a lot of information to absorb. There is a good chance that you still have questions. You’re not the only one! I’ve answered some of the more popular ones here.

What is our process?

Once you’ve committed to working with us, we bring your project through 5 major phases; Design & Discovery, Set-up and & Pre-work, Coding & Build, SEO, and Testing & Launch. We will contact you every few days during this process so you know the progress.

How long does it take?

It really depends on complexity but on average 1 to 3 weeks. The more pages to create, the more time it takes. There will be points in the process where you, as the client, need to provide us with information. Any delays here will add to our time frame. We will always give you an estimated timeline up front.

How often can I make changes?

All of our packages include at least 1 round of revisions. We will set a date during the Coding & Building phase when you’ll receive your first draft. All revision requests must be made in one complete list upon your review. Each revision will be made and documented. If you reach the maximum number of revisions for your package, we can discuss additional work at an hourly rate.

Who provides the content for my website?

You will need to provide us will all the text and/or images for your website. We do offer limited copywriting services and this can be discussed during your initial call.

Why should I pay you to design a website for me when I can get a free template and do it myself?

You could use a service like Wix or Squarespace and load a template, but chances are you won’t stand out from the crowd. We can build your website with some creativity and capture a unique design to suit your needs.

Who owns the completed website?

You. Upon its completion and final payment, full ownership of your website design is transferred. This determination is laid out in our standard contract.
